The Greater Grand Forks String Quartet is based in Grand Forks North Dakota and specializes in providing high quality background music and wedding ceremony music that is customized to suit the requests of clients.

The group of two, three or four performers is made up of local musicians and members of the Greater Grand Forks Symphony Orchestra. Available as a quartet (violin, violin, viola and cello), trio (violin, viola and cello), or duo (violin and cello), the group provides suitable music for all types of indoor and outdoor functions, funeral music, and wedding ceremonies.

Many clients like the traditional sound and elegance of a string quartet but also like the idea of having the quartet play arrangements of popular music. Aside from having a large classical repertoire, the Greater Grand Forks String Quartet has worked on arrangements for a vast number of popular songs inspired by groups such as the Vitamin String Quartet and Stringspace String Quartet.

The Greater Grand Forks String Quartet is available to travel all over the eastern Dakota region including locations such as Fertile MN, Hatton ND, Mayville ND, Warren MN, Fargo ND, and Crookston MN.
